Dentons Kensington Swan has advised Red Moki Limited, an elite ServiceNow technology specialist, on the sale of its business to Ernst & Young Limited, part of the global professional services giant, EY.
Widely recognised as a top-tier specialist in the ServiceNow technology platform, Red Moki’s operations spanned Australia, New Zealand and India, tailoring solutions that help manage intelligent automated workflows. The acquisition was announced last week and supports EY’s unprecedented growth in ServiceNow demands from their clients.
The founder and CEO of Red Moki Greg Woolley says, “By joining forces with EY and accessing their global resources and skills, we can take the service we provide to our clients to the next level and deliver true digital transformation across both the business and technology domains. We appreciate all the support that Nick Scott and the Dentons team have provided to get this transaction over the line.”
Corporate partner Nick Scott led the Dentons Kensington Swan team in advising Red Moki on the sale. He received support from Corporate senior associate, Charles Thompson.
Nick Scott says, “We’re delighted to have acted for Red Moki on this critical transaction. With Red Moki operating across three jurisdictions, Dentons global network was able to provide invaluable assistance. We would like to congratulate Greg, John Hanna and their team, along with the team at EY, on this milestone achievement.”
