Dentons Kensington Swan is delighted to announce a trio of promotions, adding to the strength of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and Private Wealth teams. Patrick Glennie, Nadia Ormiston and Stephanie Evans have all been recognised for their contribution and dedication to their respective teams.

Patrick Glennie has been promoted to Special Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team based in Auckland. Patrick’s practice covers a broad range of commercial litigation with a particular focus on insolvency matters, contractual and trust disputes, and competition law. He enjoys helping clients resolve disputes in a way that works for them, whether that involves direct negotiations with other parties, mediation, and/or court proceedings. Patrick is qualified in Scotland having studied at the University of Edinburgh and then worked in private practice in Edinburgh for several years prior to joining Dentons in Auckland.
Nadia Ormiston has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Auckland-based Intellectual Property team. Nadia is experienced in brand protection and intellectual property matters both locally and internationally She has a special interest in the management of trade mark portfolios, including clearance searches, brand protection strategies, local and international applications, prosecution, infringement and watching services. Nadia works with a range of clients across a wide variety of sectors including technology, food and beverage, natural health products, cosmetics and construction.
Stephanie Evans has been promoted to Associate in the Private Wealth team. Stephanie’s promotion reflects her experience and a strong passion for problem-solving, advising families and trusts with asset structuring and estate planning matters. Stephanie regularly advises clients on a wide variety of private wealth matters, including estates administration, trust governance and administration for both domestic discretionary, and charitable trusts, as well as assisting with disputes involving trusts and estates.
